Mushrooms are precisely cleaned, then cut into pieces and put on sifter that goes into the dehydrator. This industrial dehydrator works with a warm air dehumidifier that allows for drying under lower temperatures (30-40 Celsius). This type of dehydration process allows for perfect quality and preserves aroma of our dried products, which are regularly inspected under health codes. Hygienic requirements and quality of our production are in accordance with European norms (HACCP), which are also shown in audits of our buyers.
